COMMANDER'S TIME

"Keep your men informed."

This leadership principle is paramount in leading troops. The Commander of GHQ & HSC had, for the first time, an audience with all officers, enlisted personnel and civilian employees of this Command.

During the dialogue, BGen Narcise emphasized among others the present programs and projects the Command is undertaking, the strict enforcement of existing policies and directives, security concerns inside camp, environmental preservation campaign and future plans. He requested the unswerving cooperation and commitment of everybody to realize the goals of the Command through these programs. "Camp Aguinaldo is our second home. Let's us treat this institution professionally so that the future generation will have something to emulate," he stressed.

A very fruitful discussion transpired during the open forum. BGen Narcise gave emphasis of the Command's major accomplishments in a very short period of time. He credited these to the people who carried out the orders and implementing policies. "We still have a long way to go and I am very sure that through our collective efforts, there is no reason why we cannot achieve our goals in due time." he added.
