Private Julius Ancheta, a wounded Army soldier was personally visited by President and Commander-in-Chief, Rodrigo Duterte to award him the Wounded Personnel Medal along with 27 other wounded soldiers in Camp Teodulfo Bautista Station Hospital in Sulu, Thursday, April 6. The soldiers belonging to the 41st Infantry Battalion of the Joint Task Force Sulu were wounded during a 3-hour firefight with Abu Sayyaf terrorists on Sunday, April 2 in Talipao.
