CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- In a significant ceremony presided over by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Vice Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Jimmy D Larida PN(M) today February 25, thirty-two officers from the Technical and Administrative Services (TAS) were officially bestowed with the rank of Colonel, at the AFP Commissioned Officers Country, here.
Among the distinguished officers promoted was Lieutenant Colonel Adrian Aristeo C Enriquez MC (GSC), Deputy Army Chief Surgeon, alongside 31 other dedicated professionals who have demonstrated exceptional service and commitment to the AFP.
The Technical and Administrative Services (TAS) is a vital component of the AFP, encompassing specialized fields such as medical, dental, veterinary, legal, and chaplain services, among others. These officers provide essential support that enhances the overall capability and efficiency of the armed forces, reinforcing its readiness in both combat and non-combat operations.
LtGen Larida commended the newly promoted officers for their unwavering dedication and professionalism.
