AFP Joins the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW Kick-Off Activity

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City –The Armed Forces of the Philippines participated in the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) with a kick-off activity: Move Walk to End VAW on November 25, here.
With the theme “UNiTEd for a VAW-free Philippines,” the AFP collaborated with the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) to raise public awareness and engage its personnel and external stakeholders in discussions and activities that highlight the importance of a violence-free environment for all Filipinas.

The AFP’s participation in the Move Walk to End VAW underscores its dedication not only ensuring national security but also promoting social justice and equality.
