NDCP Conducts the 29th Executive Course on National Security

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—The National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) conducted the 29th Executive Course on National Security with the topic “Sources of National Power of the Military,” attended by BGen Joel Paloma, Chief of Office for Strategic Studies and Strategy Management (OSSSM), AFP, representing General Romeo Brawner Jr., AFP Chief, as Speaker on July 31, 2024, here. 

In his keynote address, BGen Paloma highlighted the importance of understanding the dynamic interplay between various sources of national power, including military strength, economic stability, and diplomatic initiatives. “Our strength as a nation lies in our ability to harness and integrate these elements to effectively address contemporary security challenges,” he said.

The Executive Course underscored the AFP’s mission of ensuring the nation's security and safety through continuous learning and adaptation. The activity reaffirmed the AFP’s commitment to excellence and strategic foresight in the face of evolving global and regional challenges.
