As part of the ongoing Humanitarian Civic Action (HCA) program of Exercise Balikatan 40-2025, a successful Community Health Engagement (CHE) activity was conducted in Brgy. Dagupan, Lal-lo, Cagayan on April 9, 2025.
During the CHE, a total of 129 residents received medical consultations, addressing various health concerns. In addition, 126 individuals underwent dental examinations, leading to 61 fluoride treatments and 46 dental surgeries to improve oral health. Furthermore, 5 residents benefited from essential dental cleaning procedures.
This activity aligns with the broader objectives of the Exercise Balikatan, which aim to strengthen community resilience and boost local economies particularly through its medical and public health components.
