Brawner Jr., has assumed the chairmanship of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), succeeding Malaysia, as part of ASEAN’s continuing efforts to promote transparency, confidence-building, and peaceful cooperation amid the ongoing Cambodia–Thailand border situation.
