AFP Civilian Human Resource Sportsfest 2025 Concludes, Highlighting Wellness and Resilience

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) officially closed the AFP Civilian Human Resource Sportsfest 2025 on September 12, celebrating the spirit of unity, resilience, and camaraderie among civilian personnel from across the organization.
The Philippine Air Force emerged as the overall champion of this yearโ€™s weeklong Sportsfest. Following closely were the GHQ, Combatant Commands and AFPWSSUs (GCA), as first runner-up, the Philippine Army securing second runner-up, and the Philippine Navy placing fourth. The competition underscored the strong camaraderie and sportsmanship that define the AFP civilian workforce.

Lt. General Rey B Alemania, AFPโ€™s Acting Deputy Chief of Staff and Guest of Honor, congratulated all participants for their dedication and highlighted the importance of the Sportsfest in promoting wellness, morale, and unity within the AFP community.

As an annual tradition, the Sportsfest reaffirms the AFPโ€™s commitment to nurturing a resilient, united, and excellent workforceโ€”on and off the field.
