CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) conducted the General Security of Military Information Agreement (GSOMIA) and Collaborative Execution Plan (CEP), with its 2nd Staff Assistance Visit headed by the AFP Vice Chief of Staff, and AFP GSOMIA CEPIC Chairperson, LtGen Arthur M Cordura on August 12, 2024, here.
In his message, LtGen Cordura highlighted the crucial role of strategic partnerships and the effective management of military information. He also underscored the GSOMIA's purpose of enhancing the security and operational efficiency of the AFP.
The 2nd Staff Assistance Visit reaffirmed the AFP’s dedication to strengthening its operational capabilities and fostering effective partnerships. The AFP remains committed to its mission of maintaining a high level of readiness and adaptability in an ever-changing security environment.
