CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) conducted a Virtual Closing Ceremony on March 31 for the National Women's Month Celebration 2023 with the Chief of Staff, AFP (CSAFP), General Andres C Centino PA.
Advocating the message, "WE for gender equality and inclusive society," the CSAFP enjoined the men and women of AFP to continue advancing women's rights and gender equality.
"I implore the gallant members of the AFP to sincerely commit themselves to help foster an environment where our women colleagues shall feel respected and valued at all times," the CSAFP said.
The CSAFP also reaffirmed AFP's commitment to promoting Gender and Development advocacies which will lead to the organization's holistic transformation.
The closing ceremony marked the conclusion of the month-long celebration of Women's Month 2023 which aims to honor Filipinas and their significant contributions to the country. (Photo by OJ1)
