CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) participated in the conduct of the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) today, June 08 here at the General Headquarters.
AFP Officers, Enlisted Personnel, and Civilian Human Resources performed the Duck, Cover and Hold procedure at their respective units and offices.
After the drill, military and non-military personnel inside the camp then proceeded to identified open area for accounting.
Spearheaded by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), the activity aims to stimulate scenario-based preparedness and response, and to minimize disaster risks.///
