CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) launched its regular Zumba activity for its civilian human resources (Civ HRs) on June 4 with the Chief of Staff AFP General Romeo Brawner Jr serving as the guest of honor and speaker.
The initiative, which will be held every Thursday afternoon, aims to promote physical and mental health and wellness among Civ HRs.
General Brawner highlighted the importance of health and wellness in his opening remarks, encouraging participation in the succeeding sessions.
"This is a good avenue for everyone to foster friendship, promote work-life balance, and develop our physical and mental toughness," the Chief of Staff said.
This continuing activity underscores AFP's commitment to enhancing the well-being of its workforce, providing a fun and effective way to reduce stress, improve fitness, and boost morale.
