The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) recognized outstanding performance and institutional achievements during a recognition ceremony held today, following the flag-raising event at Camp Aguinaldo. The event was led by AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S. Brawner Jr.
Among the recognized offices, both the Office of the Chief of Staff, AFP and the AFP Educational Benefit System Office (AFPEBSO) were conferred the Recertified Status Award, while the Office of the Chief Chaplain Service (OTCCHS) received the Institutionalized Status Award.
In his remarks, General Brawner highlighted the significance of the recognition as a testament to the AFP’s pursuit of professionalism, transparency, and continuous improvement.
“Every month, as we honor the AFP Transformation Roadmap Institutionalization Pathway (AFPTRIP) and its awardees, we are reminded that this program represents more than a set of goals — it is a movement toward a truly world-class Armed Forces that every Filipino can trust and take pride in,” General Brawner said.
The ceremony reaffirmed the AFP’s commitment to institutional excellence and ongoing transformation, ensuring that its systems and services remain effective, accountable, and responsive to the nation’s needs.
