CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Signal Corps marked its 89th anniversary today here, celebrating a new milestone in its legacy of competent service. The event was presided over by LtGen Augustine Malinit, The AFP Inspector General.
In his keynote address, LtGen Malinit emphasized the Signal Corps’ commitment to utilizing modern technology and effective communication towards the overall enhancement of the AFP’s operational capabilities.
The celebration underscores the Signal Corps’ role through its command, control, and communications infrastructure that are significant in the continuous accomplishment of the military organization.
