CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) reaffirmed its commitment to a whole-of-nation approach in defense governance as it gathered public and private sector partners for the 4th Quarter 2025 Multi-Sector Governance Council (MSGC) Regular Meeting held today, here.
AFP Deputy Chief of Staff LtGen Rommel P Roldan led the discussions, emphasizing that the Transformation Roadmap thrives not only through military leadership, but also through the participation of responsible external stakeholders. AFP MSGC Chairperson Mr. Francisco F. Del Rosario, Jr. and council members from government, industry, the academe, and civil society reviewed advancements in digital modernization, human resource development programs, and governance innovations. The council also provided strategic insights to help sustain reforms through leadership transitions and evolving security challenges.
The AFP reiterated its commitment to uphold accountability, improve stakeholder engagement, and strengthen a governance culture that supports national security and contributes to a stronger Philippines.
