President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr leads the awarding ceremony during the AFP’s 87th Anniversary Rites at the Lapu-Lapu Grandstand in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. Six military personnel and two civilian human resources were recognized for their services and contributions to the accomplishment of the AFP mission.
Two ROTC cadet commanders and their schools were also cited. The President was assisted by DND Officer-in-Charge Senior Undersecretary Jose Faustino Jr, Speaker of the House of Representatives Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, AFP Chief of Staff LtGen Bartolome Vicente Bacarro, and AFP Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, J1, BGen Jose Maria Cuerpo Jr.
