CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City –The Communication, Electronics, and Information Systems Service of the Armed Force of the Philippines (CEISSAFP) celebrated its 26th anniversary held today here. The event was presided over by AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr.
