CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Communications, Electronics, and Information Systems Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (CEISSAFP) marked its 27th anniversary today, celebrating nearly three decades of service in advancing military communications, interoperability, and technological innovation.
With the theme: “CEISSAFP@27: Advancing as ONE Enabling Command and Control Superiority through Interoperability, Integrity, and Innovation,” the event was presided over by AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr., assisted by BGen Constancio M Espina II, CEISSAFP Commander.
“For the first time, the AFP operated within a shared communications architecture. The insights gained, including the interoperability matrix you produced, give us a clear pathway to further strengthen joint operations,” General Brawner. “This is what future-ready AFP looks like.”
Over the years, CEISSAFP has been at the forefront of enhancing the AFP’s communication systems, integrating advanced technologies, and fostering interoperability across all branches of service, ensuring that the armed forces operate as one cohesive and responsive institution.
