The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) welcomed the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) for Personnel, J1, in a Change of Chief of Office Ceremony with the Acting The Deputy Chief of Staff, AFP, LtGen William N Gonzales PA as the presiding officer at the AFP General Headquarters on March 17.
BGen Rommel P Roldan PAF assumed the post of MGen Jose Maria R Cuerpo II PA, as the new Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, J1, in acting capacity. He is also the current Assistant DCS for Personnel, AJ1. MGen Jose Maria R Cuerpo II PA will assume as the Commander of the 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army.
