The five-day Introduction to Operational Planning Course (IOPC) sponsored by the Canadian Directorate of Military Training and Cooperation and co-hosted by the AFP concludes with a closing ceremony held at Widus Hotel, Clark, Pampanga today, February 17, 2023.
The training course aims to gain familiarity with operational-level planning and was completed by AFP officers and attendees from the armed forces of Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mongolia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
