CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—The Joint Special Operations Group (JSOG) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) celebrated its anniversary on August 7, 2024, with a ceremony held at Tejeros Hall here. General Romeo Brawner Jr., Chief of Staff of the AFP, graced the event as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
In his address, General Brawner Jr. highlighted the pivotal role of the JSOG in maintaining national security and combating various threats to peace and stability.
