Chief of Staff, AFP General Andres C Centino PA welcomed President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr back at Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, as he arrived from the 42nd Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit in Indonesia.
The President attended the summit from May 10 to 11 to promote the country's interest in peace and security, economic growth, food and energy security, trade, and investment.
In his arrival speech, the President emphasized the importance of an international rules-based system for peace and order. He also asserted the country's commitment to the peaceful resolution of disputes in the region.// (Photo from PAOAFP)
