The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) welcomes with deep gratitude the results of the July 2025 Tugon ng Masa (TNM) nationwide survey conducted by OCTA Research, which places the AFP among the most trusted and best-performing government agencies in the country.
According to the survey, 81% of adult Filipinos expressed trust in the AFP, while 82% said they were satisfied with the institution’s performance. The fieldwork was conducted from July 12 to 17, 2025, using face-to-face interviews with 1,200 male and female probability respondents aged 18 years old and above.
This independent and scientifically conducted survey reflects more than just institutional performance, it captures the collective trust of the Filipino people, which continues to guide and inspire the men and women in uniform.
The AFP is especially honored to remain in the hearts and minds of the Filipino people. Their trust affirms the organization’s commitment and reminds the members to stay vigilant, disciplined, and dedicated; whether protecting Philippine territory, helping in disasters, supporting development, or addressing new security threats like cyberattacks.
The AFP leadership extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Filipino people, whose continued trust strengthens the AFP’s resolve to serve. Guided by this public confidence, the AFP remains firmly committed to its mission of protecting the nation and advancing peace, security, and development with excellence and integrity.
