AFP, AUS DEFENCE FORCE COMMENCE 3-DAY MARITIME COOPERATIVE ACTIVITY

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Australian Defence Force (ADF) will conduct a Maritime Cooperative Activity (MCA) on November 25-27, 2023.
 
Four (4) Philippine Navy vessels, and five (5) Philippine Air Force aircraft along with a Royal Australian Navy frigate and Royal Australian Air Force maritime aircraft are expected to participate in the said activity which aims to enhance maritime cooperation between our armed forces.
 
This joint initiative is a testament to the longstanding partnership between the Philippines and Australia in promoting a peaceful and secure Indo-Pacific Region and in accordance with the rules-based international order.
