CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Deputy Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines (TDCSAFP), LtGen Charlton Sean M Gaerlan PN(M) led the donning of ranks of 21 newly-promoted senior officers from the Technical and Administrative Services (TAS) on February 12 at the General Headquarters.
In his message, the TDCSAFP thanked the TAS officers from the AFP Medical Corps, Dental Service, Judge Advocate General's Service, Corps of Professors, and Medical Administrative Corps for their dedication and commitment to public service while upholding the values of honor, service and patriotism.
“Being promoted to the next higher level in the noble profession of arms makes a key turning point to an individual’s professional military career,” said LtGen Gaerlan.
“I express my deepest gratitude and snappiest salute to each of you for your efforts, constant dedication and unwavering commitment to the Technical and Administrative Service. You are incredibly deserving of this promotion because of your competence, hard work, passion and professionalism. Consider the significance and weight of this achievement as this shall denote the duties assigned to you as an officer,” he added.///
