CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) proudly joined the nation in celebrating the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) during a flag-raising ceremony held this morning, September 1 at the General Headquarters (GHQ) Canopy, here.
The ceremony was graced by General Romeo S Brawner Jr, AFP Chief of Staff, and participated in by officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian human resources. In unity with the rest of the nation, Civilian Human Resources (CivHRs) across all AFP units and offices simultaneously renewed their Oath to Public Service (Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan) and sang the Awit ng Serbisyo Sibil, reaffirming their unwavering dedication to transparent, efficient, and people-centered public service.
