CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) rendered a testimonial parade and review in honor of retiring cavaliers at the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) in Baguio City on Saturday, June 29.
The honored retirees were Major General Proceso S. Rebancos PA, the Chief Engineer of the AFP and a member of PMA Class 1994; Brigadier General Federico B. Enriquez PAF, Wing Commander of Tactical Operations Wing Central and a member of PMA Class 1993; Brigadier General Romeo T. Racadio PN(M), Deputy Commander of the Philippine Marine Corps; and Coast Guard Rear Admiral Rudyard M. Somera, Director of the Coast Guard Strategic Studies and International Affairs Center and a member of PMA Class 1992.
General Romeo S. Brawner Jr. PA, the Chief of Staff of the AFP attended the event. He lauded the retirees for their exemplary service, highlighting their commitment, leadership, and the legacy they leave behind for future generations of military officers.
The retiring generals were rendered arrival honors at the Fajardo Grandstand in Fort Gregorio Del Pilar, Baguio City. During the ceremony, they were presented with Command and Honors as well as their respective awards in recognition of their dedicated service and significant contributions to the AFP.
The testimonial parade served as a tribute to the distinguished officers, marking the culmination of their military career.
