CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) welcomed Hawaii National Guard Adjutant General MGen Stephen Logan, during a courtesy visit led by LtGen Rey B Alemania, Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, J4, held today, here.
The high-level engagement centered on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) cooperation, underscoring the shared commitment of both forces to strengthening interoperability, enhancing response capabilities, and deepening the longstanding alliance between the Philippines and the United States.
The visit reaffirms the robust defense relationship between the AFP and the U.S. National Guard, particularly through the State Partnership Program, which continues to support regional security and disaster resilience efforts.
