CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—The Armed Forces of the Philippines welcomed Colonel Isidro Alex Urriquia as new Chief of Dental Service in a Change of Chief of Office Ceremony on November 26, here. The event was presided over by Major General Rommel Roldan, The AFP Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, J1.
Prior to his new appointment, Colonel Urriquia served as the Chief of the Air Force Dental Service, he has also held key positions such as the Chief of Clinic of the Philippine Marine Corps Dental Detachment, and Admin and Personnel Officer of the Office of the Philippine Navy’s Chief Dental Surgeon. Colonel Urriquia holds a Master of Science in Orthodontics. He succeeded Colonel Cleofe Pulmano who served in an Acting Capacity.
In his remarks, MGen Roldan expressed confidence that Colonel Urriquia will continue to elevate the AFP’s dental service standards and ensure the well-being of military personnel.
As the new AFP Dental Service Chief, Colonel Urriquia is poised to lead the dental care programs that are vital to the health and readiness of the AFP personnel, ensuring their ability to perform their duties with strength and vitality.
