CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — LtGen Jimmy D Larida, the Acting Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (ACSAFP) welcomed Rear Admiral Guillaume Pinget, French Joint Commander for Asia Pacific to the Philippines in a courtesy visit today, here.
