CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the AFP Pension and Gratuity Management Center (AFPPGMC), recently completed a benchmarking visit to the ISO-certified RGC Group of Companies in Cabuyao, Laguna, on February 18, 2025.
This initiative underscores AFPPGMC's ongoing commitment to elevating service excellence and refining its Quality Management System (QMS) to better serve retired military personnel and their beneficiaries.
The visit provided AFPPGMC with the opportunity to observe firsthand the best practices that have made RGC a recognized leader in quality management. The company’s robust systems and proven strategies offered valuable insights that AFPPGMC aims to integrate into its own operations. The benchmarking activity aligns with AFPPGMC's broader goal of adopting internationally recognized standards to improve efficiency and service delivery.
During the visit, the AFPPGMC team, led by key management personnel, observed RGC’s streamlined processes and innovative solutions, which play a critical role in achieving consistently high-quality outputs.
