Commander-in-Chief visits Eastern Mindanao Command, reviews operational progress

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, visited the Eastern Mindanao Command (EASTMINCOM) at Naval Station Felix Apolinario, Panacan, Davao City on December 4 as part of his regular engagements to review the Command’s operational progress.
During the visit, a situation briefing led by AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr. presented the current peace and order situation, including updates on internal and external security, as well as the progress of ongoing operations in Eastern Mindanao.

The visit highlighted EASTMINCOM’s dedication to protecting communities and maintaining stability in the region, underscoring its continued commitment to upholding peace and supporting national security objectives.
