CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- General Romeo S Brawner Jr., Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines donned new ranks to three newly promoted generals in a ceremony today, here. The event recognized the achievements and leadership of the newly promoted officers, underscoring their professional integrity, competence, and dedication to service.
The promoted officers were led by Major General Ramon P Flores, Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel, J1. Also promoted were Brigadier General Medel M Aguilar, Deputy Commander of the Civil Relations Service, AFP (CRSAFP), and Brigadier General Zandro C Alvez, Deputy Commander of the Presidential Security Command (PSC).
In his remarks, General Brawner praised the newly promoted officers for their unwavering dedication to the military profession and their crucial roles in enhancing the operational and administrative capabilities of the AFP.
“These promotions are not only a reflection of individual merit but also of the trust and confidence bestowed upon our leaders to help guide the Armed Forces in securing the peace and safety of our nation,” General Brawner said during his address.
