The ceremony was led by AFP Deputy Chief of Staff LtGen Rommel P Roldan, supported by LtGen Arvin R Lagamon, Commander of the AFP Civil-Military Operations Command.

LtGen Roldan emphasized the importance of investing in communication and public affairs infrastructure, noting that effective information dissemination and community engagement are vital in today’s rapidly evolving security environment. He highlighted that the new building will provide improved capability for MCAG and DWDD to deliver accurate, timely, and relevant information to the public.
