CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) officially inaugurated the newly renovated FVR Hall at the Camp Aguinaldo Golf Course (CAGC) on January 26 in a ceremony led by AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr.
The renovation reflects the AFP’s commitment to sustaining morale, welfare, and fellowship among its personnel, retirees, and their families. The CAGC continues to serve as a space where members of the defense community can find balance amid demanding responsibilities, playing a quiet but meaningful role in supporting the institution’s mission.
“Good facilities support good people. And good people strengthen the institution. These improvements were made with purpose, not for luxury, but for functionality, comfort, and shared use,” said General Brawner.
The upgrades enhance the experience not only of AFP members who use the course but also of their families, retirees, and partners who consider the course a second home.
“This inauguration is a reminder that morale, wellness, and fellowship are not peripheral to readiness—they are part of it,” General Brawner added.
