AFP Supports New National Peace Framework, Commits to Government's Vision of Inclusive Progress

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) expresses its full support for Memorandum Circular No. 83, series of 2025, which adopts the National Action Plan for Unity, Peace, and Development (NAP-UPD) 2025–2028 and mandates its implementation.
In the spirit of Bayanihan, the AFP stands firmly with the Commander-in-Chief in upholding the objectives of the NAP-UPD, a strategic framework aimed at fostering national unity, sustainable peace, and inclusive development.

Memorandum Circular No. 83 strengthens interagency coordination and collaboration, promoting a whole-of-government approach through information sharing, joint action, and calibrated support for good governance. The NAP-UPD's focus on the Rule of Law, Human Rights, and National Development aligns with the AFP’s core mission to safeguard national security with integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
