BALIKATAN RENOVATION PROJECT BOOSTS LEARNING IN BULACAN

Significant progress is being made on the classroom renovation project at Brgy. Pulong Sampaloc Elementary School in Dona Remedios Trinidad (DRT), Bulacan, as of April 9, 2025, as part of the Humanitarian and Civic Assistance (HCA) program under Exercise Balikatan 40-2025.
This Engineering Civic Action Project (ENCAP) represents a collaborative undertaking between the 51st Engineer Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group (ECEG) of the United States Air Force (USAF). Together, these units are focused on the comprehensive renovation of a substantial 9-meter by 40-meter classroom building, an initiative designed to significantly enhance the learning environment for the students.

This ENCAP highlights the commitment of both the Philippine and United States armed forces to engage in meaningful civic action projects that directly benefit local communities.
