CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — General Romeo S Brawner Jr., Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), received Mr. Raz Shabtai, Outgoing Defense Attaché of Israel, and Atty. Or Betzalel, Incoming Defense Attaché of Israel, in a joint exit and entry call held today here.
General Brawner expressed appreciation for Mr. Shabtai’s contributions in strengthening military relations during his tour of duty and warmly welcomed Atty. Betzalel, expressing optimism for the continuity and deepening of AFP-Israel defense engagements. The leadership transition signifies continuity in mutual defense interests and the shared goal of regional and global stability.
