Two communities in Northern Luzon have benefited from newly completed infrastructure projects, the result of a strong partnership between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military under Exercise Balikatan 40-25.
In La-lo, Cagayan, a new multi-purpose facility was constructed to serve as a venue for community events, public services, and disaster response. Meanwhile, in Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan, a local school underwent major renovations, improving classroom conditions for students and teachers.
These projects are part of a broader initiative to strengthen community resilience and improve access to basic services. Built with the support of international partners, including the Australian Defence Force the facilities are designed to meet real needs on the ground.
The completion of both the multi-purpose center and school renovation highlights the ongoing commitment of Humanitarian Civic Assistance to uplift local communities while enhancing cooperation between allied forces.
The successful completion of these projects highlights the strength of PH-US partnership, empowering local communities with better access to healthcare education, and shared resources.///
