CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City -- The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) welcomed two distinguished generals during their exit calls to AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr., in a visit held on October 6, here.
Lieutenant General Fernyl G Buca, Commander of the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM), and Major General Danilo D Benavides, Commander of the Philippine Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRACOM), were recognized for their exemplary service and leadership.
General Brawner, expressed his deep appreciation for LtGen Buca’s and MGen Benavides’ outstanding contributions to the AFP. He highlighted their pivotal roles in enhancing operational readiness, interagency collaboration, and capacity building within their respective commands.
LtGen Buca’s exit call marks the conclusion of a distinguished military career characterized by professionalism and steadfast dedication to duty. MGen Benavides, meanwhile, was commended for his commitment to strengthening the AFP’s training systems and doctrinal development through his leadership at TRACOM.
