The Philippine Navy vessel BRP Bacolod City (LS550) arrived yesterday, 09 November 2022 at the the 2Lt Lagare Pier in Puerto Princesa City, together with the personnel and assets of 3rd Infantry Division and 15th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army who are participating in the AFP Joint Exercise DAGITPA 2022.

"Western Command cordially welcomes our gallant Army comrades to the Western Frontier all the way from Roxas City, Capiz," said Vice Admiral Alberto B Carlos PN, the Commander of Western Command.

The Armed Forces of the Philippines participated in the fourth quarter nationwide simultaneous Earthquake Drill on Thursday, November 10. Units and offices within military camps and installations joined the drill spearheaded by the Office of Civil Defense which also highlighted the call for tsunami awareness and preparedness as part of the World Tsunami Awareness observance.///

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines' Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) based in Tarlac City has dismantled three guerrilla fronts of the CPP-NPA as of 4th quarter 2022 under the leadership of Lieutenant General Ernesto Torres Jr.

NOLCOM’s intensified operations led to the reduction of CPP-NPA’s manpower and firearms with 417 communist terrorists and supporters neutralized, and 163 firearms seized.
