CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—The Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (CSAFP), Lt. Gen. Bartolome Vicente Bacarro, expressed his gratitude to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) for its invaluable contribution to the military’s modernization during a Forum on Monday, September 19, at the New Clark City.
The Chief of Staff said that the BCDA has contributed Php25.01-billion to the AFP Modernization Program from 2017 to 2022 alone.
