CSAFP to Armor Div troops: Attitude, values, essential to be world-class

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – General Andres Centino PA, Chief of Staff, AFP (CSAFP), addressed the Armor (Pambato) Division, Philippine Army, during his visit to Camp O'Donnell, Sta. Lucia, Capas, Tarlac on January 30, 2023.

In his talk to the "mounted warriors," CSAFP spoke of the AFP's accomplishments in combating several threats and problems in the country. However, he emphasized that though the insurgency threat has been significantly reduced, more efforts are needed to pave the way for an environment conducive to progress and development.

The Deputy Chief of Staff AFP, VAdm Rommel Anthony SD Reyes PN, presided over the donning of ranks ceremony on January 30 for the newly promoted officers of the Philippine Navy assigned at the General Headquarters.

AFP welcomes new Internal Auditor, Logistics Chief relinquishes post

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) held a Change of Chief of Office Ceremony welcoming the new The Internal Auditor (TIA) in Camp Aguinaldo on January 27, 2023.

The ceremony, which installed Brigadier General Joel Alejandro S Nacnac as the new TIA, was presided over by Lieutenant General Arthur M Cordura PAF, Vice Chief of Staff, AFP.

AFP Statement on the SF-260 mishap

LtGen Torres retires from service, relinquishes post as NOLCOM commander

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City--LtGen Ernesto C Torres PA relinquished his post as commander of NOLCOM to MGen Fernyl G Buca PAF in a Joint Change of Command and Retirement Ceremony presided over by the CSAFP, General Andres C Centino PA, on January 25 in the NOLCOM headquarters in Tarlac.
 
LtGen Torres retired from the military after more than 38 years of service as a cadet and officer.His career was highlighted by his appointment to various command positions, including commander of the Civil Relations Service, Joint Task Force Haribon, and 1003rd Infantry Brigade.
