CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City— The Armed Forces of the Philippines installed on March 31 a new Director of the AFP Center for Law of Armed Conflict (AFPCLOAC) charged to ensure the military's compliance with International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and human rights (HR) laws and monitor violations by enemies of the state.
In a ceremony held at the AFP General Headquarters, Marine Col Renato Daracan assumed the position from BGen Joel Alejandro Nacnac who was earlier designated as the AFP's The Internal Auditor.
