The Armed Forces of the Philippines positively identified four more cadavers of military personnel who perished in the ill-fated C-130 crash in Sulu.
Identified were Sergeant Jelson J Sadjail, Corporal Alhamin U Salahuddin, Private First Class Alzid S Hawrani, and Private First Class Nazer S Albaracin all from the Philippine Army.
The AFP through the Western Mindanao Command has reached out to the loved ones of the identified personnel while their remains are being prepared for transport and proper burial.
A total of 33 cadavers have now been identified while 17 are still undergoing the tedious process of identification to ensure that they are reunited to their families as soon as possible.///

CAMP AGUINALDO, QUEZON CITY – The Armed Forces of the Philippines and Ayala Group of Companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen a long-standing partnership and bolster support to soldiers through the Saludo Sa Serbisyo program on Thursday, July 29.
AFP Chief of Staff General Cirilito Sobejana signed the MOU on behalf of the AFP, while Ayala Corporation President & CEO Fernando Zobel de Ayala represented the Ayala Group.
“The Saludo sa Serbisyo program developed by the Ayala Corporation will be in full swing until 2026 and is a program that will absolutely aid in boosting the morale and in improving the lives of the men and women of the Armed Forces,” said General Sobejana.

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City—The Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority signed an agreement on Thursday, July 29, that will guide future use of military reservations as “defense industrial ecozones.”
The Memorandum, signed by the AFP Chief of Staff General Cirilito Sobejana and PEZA Director General BGen Charito Plaza (Res), is aimed at supporting the AFP modernization program.
