CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City – The Vice Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines (VCSAFP), LtGen Arthur M Cordura PAF commended the AFP Gender and Development Office (AFPGADO) for its milestones during the celebration of its 1st Founding Anniversary Celebration on November 9 at the General Headquarters. 

During his keynote speech, LtGen Cordura expressed the AFP’s support of the AFPGADO’s advocacies and initiatives under the leadership of its first-ever Chief, Col Arlene Fragé PA. 

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — A year since its creation, the Armed Forces of the Philippines Gender and Development Office (AFPGADO) celebrates its 1st Founding Anniversary on November 8 at the General Headquarters. 

As part of the celebration, lecturers from the Women and Children Protection Center (WCPC) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) were invited to share best practices and raise awareness during the conduct of a Seminar on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and PNP Best Practices on Treatment of SGBV Victims.

CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City--General Romeo Brawner Jr, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, welcomed the French Ambassador to the Philippines, Her Excellency Marie Fontanel, during her courtesy visit on November 7 to the AFP General Headquarters here.

In their meeting, the two affirmed the longstanding partnership between the Philippines and France and their common obligation to uphold and enforce international law.
