With the new school year kicking off, the AFP Educational Benefit System (AFPEBS) reported an estimated total of 5,000 graduates from S.Y. 2000-2021 and more than 3,000 continuing grantees for 2022, who are mostly dependents of killed-in-action military personnel.
Several AFPEBSO grantees nationwide completed their education and are now pursuing careers in different fields. Some grantees also opted to join military service to follow in the footsteps of their loved ones who gave their lives protecting the peace and stability of the country.
