CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City— The Armed Forces of the Philippines rendered arrival honors to Vice Admiral Toribio Adaci Jr., the Flag Officer in Command of the Philippine Navy, during his exit call to the AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo S Brawner Jr. on October 16, 2024, here.
Vice Admiral Adaci is a member of the Philippine Military Academy “Makatao” Class of 1989. Prior his current stint, he commanded the Naval Forces Western Mindanao, the Naval Installation Command, and the Fleet-Marine Ready Force.
The visit occurred ahead of Vice Admiral Adaci’s upcoming retirement in November, marking 39 years of distinguished career and invaluable service.
