CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City — The Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, General Romeo S Brawner Jr. PA served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Ihudyat Concert 2024 on January 13 conducted at the AFP Commissioned Officers Country. 

In his message, Gen. Brawner emphasized the rich history, traditions and impact of the University of the Philippines (UP) Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) and its contributions to serving the country.
