During the courtesy call, General Brawner Jr. welcomed the newly promoted officers, congratulating them on their well-deserved achievements and reaffirming the AFP's commitment to upholding peace, security, and stability.

This aims to strengthen maritime security capabilities and proficiency in naval interdiction and deterrence operations.
